Which businesses does this work for?

Local Authority is built for small local service businesses whose work happens at the customer's property: roofers, siding contractors, fence companies, gutter companies, window and door companies, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, lawn care companies, tree services, painters, pressure washers, cleaning companies, pest control companies, pool service companies, remodelers and handyman services. It fits best where a job has a clear before and after that a phone photo can show, such as roofs, siding, fences, lawns, paint and pools. It also works for trades where the proof is the install itself, such as a new furnace, a panel upgrade or a water heater, because the website, Google posts, town pages, articles and review graphics apply the same way. The system was built first for a Long Island roofing and siding company and is now accepting founding clients across these trades.

Does my trade need a dramatic before and after?

No, but it helps. Where there is a clear before and after, the stacked image carries the post by itself. Where the proof is the finished install, a single clear photo and one sentence about the job do the work, and the system builds the post around that photo instead.

Each trade page below explains what a good photo is for that work, how the seasons affect posting, what an earned town page looks like, what customers tend to praise, and what the never-say list usually contains.

Questions about fit

My trade is not listed. Does it still fit?

If your work happens at the customer's property and can be photographed, probably yes. Garage doors, chimney work, masonry, paving, insulation, septic and solar all follow the same pattern. Book a call and we will tell you honestly.

Do you work with businesses outside New York?

Yes. The first client is on Long Island because that is where the system was built, but nothing in it is tied to one place. Your town list, area wording and sources are set up for wherever you work.

Does it work for a one-person business?

Yes. It was designed so one person with a phone can run all of it in about a minute per job.

What about a business with several crews?

Anyone you give the private upload page to can post jobs. The owner still approves each one before it publishes, or can let a trusted foreman do so.

When someone asks AI who to call, make sure the answer is you.

Book a call. We will ask ChatGPT who to call for your trade in your area while you watch, show you where its answer came from, and tell you plainly what it would take for that answer to be you.
