How does a job photo become marketing in about a minute?

Local Authority works in three steps. First, someone on the crew photographs the job before and after on a phone and, on a single private web page, picks the town from a list, ticks the service and optionally adds a line about the work. Second, within about ten seconds the system writes the website caption and the post text, builds a stacked before and after image with the company logo, checks the words against the company's list of things it does not do or say, flags photos that do not match the job, and shows a preview of the Google post. The owner edits anything and presses Publish. Third, the job goes live on the website within about a minute, then posts to the Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook, and if the town now has enough real work it earns its own page. Nothing is published without the owner's approval, nothing is posted twice, and failed posts retry on their own.

The three steps

  1. We build your hub

Your website, rebuilt so AI can read it: fast plain pages, schema markup, an llms.txt brief, short quotable answers and the exact same name, address and phone as everywhere else. Old pages are redirected so nothing you have earned is lost. We connect your Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook and write your never-say list.

  2. We feed the web around it

Articles written to be cited, twice a week. Posts to your Google profile for every job and article. Listings on the sites AI assistants actually cite, with your facts matching to the letter. Your finished jobs, from one phone photo, published to your site, Google, Instagram and Facebook. Town pages earned from real work. Every leg links back to your website.

    Every week, by us
  3. We check what AI says and adjust

We ask the assistants the questions your customers ask, see who they name and where the answer came from, and strengthen whatever is missing: a listing, a town page, an article, a fact that does not match. You see what we found and what we did about it.

What happens after you press Publish?

WhenWhat happens
Within about a minuteThe website rebuilds with the new job on your Projects page and, if earned, the town page. Search engines are pinged so they come and look.
NextThe Google Business Profile post goes out, with the before and after image and the button you chose: Learn more (this job on your site), Call now, or Book.
ThenInstagram and Facebook receive the same image and text with your local hashtags. Each platform is tracked separately; a post that fails retries up to three times and a platform that worked is never posted to twice.
Every nightYour newest Google reviews are pulled and shown on your site, your Instagram feed is refreshed, and anything queued is retried.
Monday and ThursdayA new article is written, checked, published to your site and posted to your Google profile.

What stops a bad post from going out?

Your never-say list

Services you do not offer, claims you do not make, areas you do not serve, prices, permits: whatever you tell us, written into a rule list that every caption, post, town page and article is checked against in code before it can publish.

The photo check

The system looks at the photos and compares them with the service you ticked. It has caught a siding job uploaded as a roof replacement.

Draft first

A job is never public until you press Publish. Unsaved edits survive if you close the page.

Earned town pages only

A town page is created only with two or more jobs there, or one job with proper notes, and is removed if those jobs are deleted.

Live links only

A Google post waits until the job page and image are actually live, so a button never leads to a dead link.

Nothing twice

Every outbound post is recorded. A retry can never create a duplicate.

Questions about the process

How long does uploading a job take?

About a minute: two or three photos, a town picked from a list, a service ticked. Reading the caption and pressing Publish takes another minute if you read carefully.

Does the crew need the login?

The upload page is private and password protected. Give it to whoever you trust to take photos. Many owners do it themselves from the truck at the end of the job.

What if I want to post later, not right away?

Save the job as a draft and publish it when you want. Nothing is public until you press Publish.

Can I change the caption?

Yes, every word of the caption and the post, or press Regenerate for a fresh version. You can also remove or add photos without starting over.

What if Instagram fails?

Meta is the least reliable of the three. If a post fails it is retried up to three times; if the connection itself needs re-linking, the job list shows that and queued posts go out as soon as it is fixed. Google and the website are not affected.

Can I download the before and after image to use elsewhere?

Yes, from the job list or the review page, with your logo already on it.

When someone asks AI who to call, make sure the answer is you.

Book a call. We will ask ChatGPT who to call for your trade in your area while you watch, show you where its answer came from, and tell you plainly what it would take for that answer to be you.
