What did we build for LaRocco Roofing & Siding?
LaRocco Roofing & Siding is a residential roofing and siding company in Bay Shore, NY, serving Long Island (Nassau County and Suffolk County) and Queens, NY. Local Authority rebuilt their website as fast static pages, moved it from WordPress with every old address redirected, and connected it to a private phone page where the owner uploads each finished job. Each job is captioned, checked, published to the site, and posted to the Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook with a stacked before and after image. Towns with enough real work earn their own page. Articles answering homeowner roofing questions publish every Monday and Thursday. The site has been live since 7 October 2026. This is the first and so far only business running on the system, shown here with the owner's permission. The Google reviews mentioned are LaRocco's customers' reviews of LaRocco's roofing work, not reviews of Local Authority.

What was built
The website
Home, eight service pages, four area pages (Long Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Queens), a projects gallery with before and after sliders and every uploaded job, about, contact with a bot-proof form, financing, a question and answer hub with over sixty answers, articles, automatic town pages, a site map, privacy and a real 404 page. Mobile first, no scripts holding up the page.
The move from WordPress
Every old address redirected one by one to its new page so the ranking carried over. Security headers, one-year caching for images and styles, no caching for pages.
The job uploader
One private phone page: town suggestions from about two hundred Long Island and Queens towns, services as tick boxes, notes, an optional customer review, and three photo boxes. A review page with the written caption, the photo check, the before and after image with the LaRocco logo placed in black or white automatically, a framing tool, and a live preview of the Google post.
Posting
Google Business Profile posts for every job and article through Google's own interface for businesses, with a button the owner chooses. Instagram and Facebook posts with local hashtags. Every post recorded so nothing is ever sent twice.
Town pages
Created only for towns with two or more jobs, or one job with real notes, written from those jobs and general local context, with the photos, services, any customer review, and questions and answers.
Articles
Every Monday and Thursday, a roofing or siding question homeowners ask, with a quotable quick answer, sources from roofing manufacturers and weather and safety agencies that are checked to load, and a photo reviewed to suit the trade.
The owner's sign-off
Every post ends in the owner's voice with a line fitted to that job, the service area in the one agreed wording, the phone number, the company name, the tagline and the website. Generated from one place so the preview and the real post always match.
What it looks like
Screenshots below are from the live site and accounts, with permission. Where a screenshot has not been placed yet, the frame says what belongs there; nothing here is staged.
What we learned on this build
- Accuracy beats volume. The owner caught every overreach in early drafts: attic work he does not do, permits, metal roofs, company age. Each one became a rule enforced in code, not just a line in a prompt. That list is now part of every client's setup.
- He wanted to see a post before it went out. Draft, review, publish won over fully automatic posting, and it is now how the system works for everyone.
- Google displays posts at roughly four by three, so a stacked before and after beats side by side. Instagram's feed is taller. Images are built for each destination.
- Instagram is the fragile one. Sessions get invalidated, towns cannot be tagged by any app. Queue, retry, and show the owner what is happening.
- Location pages are only worth having when they are real. One town page built from two real roofs is worth more than fifty swapped-in pages, and far safer.
Questions about the case study
Can I speak to the owner?
Ask us on the call. We will not publish his contact details here, but with his agreement we can put you in touch.
Were the reviews a result of your work?
No. They are reviews from LaRocco's roofing customers about LaRocco's roofing. We display them on the site and help share them; we had nothing to do with earning them.
Did the site's Google ranking improve?
The site has been live on the new system since October 2026, which is too early to make claims, and the ranking belongs to many factors. We moved every old address so nothing was lost, and we will say what we can show when there is enough history to show it.
Is LaRocco paying for this?
The commercial terms between us and our first client are private, as yours would be. They are the reference build for the system, shown here with permission.
When someone asks AI who to call, make sure the answer is you.
Book a call. We will ask ChatGPT who to call for your trade in your area while you watch, show you where its answer came from, and tell you plainly what it would take for that answer to be you.
Now accepting founding clients. Built first for a Long Island roofing and siding company.
