What we do for you

What do we do to get you recommended?

Every piece says the same facts about your business and links back to your website, so an AI assistant can find you, check you, and name you with confidence.

Articles written to be cited

Two a week, answering the questions homeowners ask AI about your trade, each opening with a direct answer an assistant can lift, with checked sources and links back to your service pages. Published in your company's name and posted to Google.

About articles

Your Google Business Profile, managed

Name, address and phone made consistent across your profile and every listing we can find, and a post for every finished job and every article, each linking back to your site. An active, consistent profile is the single strongest signal both Google and AI assistants have about a local business.

About Google posts

Listings where AI actually looks

We check which websites the assistants cite when they answer questions about your trade in your area, and we create and maintain your company's presence on those sites with the same facts as your website.

About citations

Every finished job, everywhere

A before and after photo from your crew's phone becomes an entry on your site and a post on Google, Instagram and Facebook within about a minute, captioned and checked against your never-say list, with you approving it first.

About job posts

Town pages from real work

When you have done real jobs in a town, that town gets a page written from them. It gives an assistant a specific, checkable answer to who does your kind of work there, which is exactly the question it is being asked.

About town pages

Everything we do, in detail

How it works

How do we get AI to recommend you?

Three steps, all done by us. Your part is a photo when a job is finished and a yes before anything goes out.

  1. We build your hub

Your website, rebuilt so AI can read it: fast plain pages, schema markup, an llms.txt brief, short quotable answers and the exact same name, address and phone as everywhere else. Old pages are redirected so nothing you have earned is lost. We connect your Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook and write your never-say list.

    Setup, done by us
  2. We feed the web around it

Articles written to be cited, twice a week. Posts to your Google profile for every job and article. Listings on the sites AI assistants actually cite, with your facts matching to the letter. Your finished jobs, from one phone photo, published to your site, Google, Instagram and Facebook. Town pages earned from real work. Every leg links back to your website.

    Every week, by us
  3. We check what AI says and adjust

We ask the assistants the questions your customers ask, see who they name and where the answer came from, and strengthen whatever is missing: a listing, a town page, an article, a fact that does not match. You see what we found and what we did about it.

How it works, step by step

In plain English

The whole service in one paragraph.

What we do, what you do, and what you never have to touch.

Local Authority is a done-for-you service that gets local service businesses recommended by AI. When a homeowner asks ChatGPT, Google or another assistant who to call for roofing, siding, fencing, gutters, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, lawn care, tree work, painting, pressure washing, cleaning, pest control, pool service, remodeling or handyman work in their area, the assistant does not know who is best. It recommends the company it can find, cross-reference and describe with confidence. We build that confidence on purpose: a website structured so AI can read it, with schema markup and an llms.txt brief; articles written to be cited; a Google Business Profile with consistent name, address and phone across every listing and regular posts linking back; listings on the sites AI actually cites; and job posts and town pages from the owner's real work, all pointing back to the website as the hub. We built it first for a Long Island roofing and siding company and are now accepting founding clients.

Google and AI

Why our sites show up on Google and get recommended by ChatGPT.

Homeowners now ask AI assistants who to call. Those tools read websites that let them in, say things plainly and keep their facts straight. Most contractor sites do none of that. Every site we build does all of it.

  • Fast, plain pages that Google and AI crawlers can read in full
  • Your name, phone and area written the same way everywhere
  • Town pages only where you have real work, never swapped-in templates
  • A Google Business Profile post for every job and every article
  • A short, quotable answer at the top of every page, and a public brief at /llms.txt

Our rules

What we will never do.

Your reputation is what we are looking after. These rules are written into our process and our code, not just promised on a call.

No fake reviews

We never write, buy or invent a review. Your Google reviews are shown as your customers wrote them.

No invented claims

Every caption, post, town page and article is checked in code against a list of things your business does not do or say.

Nothing goes out unseen

Every job is a draft until you press Publish. Review graphics are made by hand, one at a time.

No doorway pages

A town only gets a page once you have done real work there. No mass-produced location pages.

All of our honesty rules

Who we work with

Businesses whose work happens at the customer's property.

Local businesses whose work happens at the customer's property. It fits best where there is a clear before and after, and it still works where the proof is the install itself.

Case study

We run it for a real roofing company right now.

LaRocco Roofing & Siding in Bay Shore, NY was our first client. We moved their site off WordPress with every old address redirected, and every job they finish now goes out from one phone page while we handle the rest.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my company?

No, and nobody honest can. What we can do is make your business the easiest one in your area for an assistant to find, cross-reference and describe with confidence, then show you what the assistants actually say and where they got it. We report what we see, not what we hope.

Why would an AI recommend a company that is not the best one?

Because it cannot judge workmanship. It can only judge what it can read. It wants to give a confident answer, so it names the company whose facts it can find in several places, all agreeing with each other. Our whole job is to make that company you.

Do I have to learn any software?

No. We run all of it. The one thing you touch is a private phone page for sending us a finished job, and it works like sending a text with photos. There is no dashboard you have to check.

Is the writing done by AI?

The articles and captions are drafted by an AI model, then checked in code against the facts of your business and your never-say list, and shown to you before anything goes out. You can change any word or stop any piece. We say this plainly because you should know how it works.

What about Reddit and Quora?

AI assistants cite them heavily, and we are building a way to take part in the threads where your trade comes up: real answers to real questions, openly in your company's name, never fake accounts or planted reviews. It is in development, and we will not charge you for it until it is running.

How many clients do you have?

One. We built the service for a Long Island roofing and siding company and have run their site since October 2026. We are now taking on founding clients, which is why we talk about what we do rather than averages we do not have.

More questions and answers

When someone asks AI who to call, make sure the answer is you.

Book a call. We will ask ChatGPT who to call for your trade in your area while you watch, show you where its answer came from, and tell you plainly what it would take for that answer to be you.
