What do we collect on this site, and why?

Local Authority collects only what you give us through the contact form (your name, company, trade, phone, email, area and message) and uses it only to reply to you. The form is protected from automated spam. If analytics are enabled on this site, they measure page visits in aggregate and record a lead event when a form is sent; no advertising tracking is used. We do not sell or share your details. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, contact us using the details on this page.

The contact form

What you type into the form is sent to our email so we can reply. A hidden field catches bots, and if a spam check from Cloudflare is enabled it verifies the submission on our server. We keep your message as long as we are in conversation with you, then delete it on request.

Analytics

If enabled, Google Analytics records page views and a single event when the contact form is sent. It runs only on our live domain. We use it to see which pages are read; we do not use advertising features.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics, if enabled, sets its own; a Cloudflare spam check may set a short-lived one when you use the form.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
