What does it cost?
Local Authority is priced as one monthly fee that covers the whole system: the website, the private upload page, Google Business Profile posting, Instagram and Facebook posting, earned town pages, two articles a week, and review graphics. We are accepting founding clients and quoting each one on a call rather than publishing a price list, because the terms for the first businesses to join will be better than the terms later. On the call we tell you plainly what the monthly fee includes, whether any third-party services are billed separately, and what the setup involves. There are no fake prices on this page and no made-up comparisons. If the number does not work for you, we would rather you know in the first ten minutes.

What might be billed separately?
Some parts of the system run on outside services, such as the connection that posts to Instagram and Facebook, the hosting of your site, your domain name and the form service that emails you. On the call we tell you which, if any, of these you pay directly and roughly what they cost. Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook themselves are free.
Contract and cancellation
Terms are set out in writing before you pay anything. We will cover contract length and how to stop on the call, and the answer will be in plain English.
Questions about cost
Why not publish a price?
Because we are pricing founding clients individually and the number will change once the first group is full. Publishing a price we intend to change would be a kind of bait. We tell you the number on the first call.
Is there a setup fee?
We will tell you on the call. Setting up a site, redirects, Google and Meta connections and your rules takes real work, and we will be straightforward about how it is charged.
Is this cheaper than an agency?
We are not going to quote agency prices we cannot verify. Compare what you are paying now for a website, local SEO and social posting as separate things, and what each needs from your time. This is one fee and about a minute per job.
What if I stop? Do I lose my website?
No. The site, the photos and the articles are yours and we hand them over in a form you can host anywhere. The automatic posting and the rest of the system stop.
